Core Layer: Flame-retardant polyurethane (PU) foam (density: 50 kg/m³), providing compressibility and resilience.
Conductive Shell: Laminated aluminum foil (thickness: 0.06–0.08 mm) bonded to glass fiber or PET film for enhanced flexibility and corrosion resistance.
Adhesive System: Double-sided conductive acrylic adhesive (thickness: 0.05 mm) with nickel particles, ensuring Z-axis conductivity and low-impedance grounding.
